Our process is achieved entirely on-site in our store with you being as involved as you want for the entire process. Viewing, trying on, modifying, and finalizing your design as it is created to guarantee it is exactly what you saw in your mind's eye.

• Step 1: Contact us for an appointment to meet one of our designers and discuss your options
• Step 2: Bring in any jewelry you want redesigned and any ideas you've collected. We also have hundreds of designs in store for inspiration.

• Step 3: During your appointment, we will create a custom design for you with pricing and options.

• Step 4: Upon approval of your design, we begin production and have your new piece of jewelry completed in approximately four weeks.
