During his career he has applied for and been granted many patents for his metal product inventions which he uses in his rare techniques.
Nothing stops Steven from bringing his vision to life whether it requires him to use what would be considered unusual tools in the jewelry industry or causes him to need to personally develop a new precious metal alloy that simply is yet to exist.

If you’re heading to the Couture Event at the Wynn Las Vegas this weekend, you might just be starting to think about what to put in that suitcase. With one hundred degree weather anticipated and Vegas glamour, you’ll want to put together the perfect ensemble, complete with accessories.
Wear layers. It may be one hundred degrees on the strip, but that heat won’t hold up inside the air-conditioned Wynn. In addition to wearing a sweater, stack and layer your jewelry in an interesting way. Mix shapes, colors, and metals to create a unique look that represents your style.
Accessorize. You’re at a jewelry show! This is the perfect time to experiment with that new chunky necklace and conversation piece. Use your jewelry as an icebreaker and spice up your attire with the perfect pieces to take your look from fine to fabulous.
Switch it up from day to night. The shoes you wear walking the exhibits during the day, may not be the kicks that you want to wear out at night as you head to the casino. Same goes for jewelry. Change your look at night with a jewelry upgrade filled with sparkle and color.
We’re over the moon excited to bring you back the reports on the latest trends and Couture award winners. If you’re planning on being there, be sure to stop by and say hi. Safe travels!

June kicks off the end of school, the official start of summer, backyard barbecues, and the heaviest wedding month of the year. As dresses are altered and wedding invitations are sealed and sent, often picking a wedding band is one of the last tasks for a couple to check off their long and detailed planning list.
The history of the wedding band travels back to the Egyptian culture where along the Nile river, growing plants were plucked and fashioned into rings. As is with many cultures, the symbol of a circle is a sign of eternity. Just as we do today, rings were placed on the third finger of the hand respecting the belief the vein in that finger travels straight to the heart. While grass rings were a lovely gesture, their longevity did not prevail, in time leading to the need for stronger signs of commitment with sturdier jewelry. As time moved on, a variety of metals were used for wedding bands, from iron in Rome showing the strength of love between the man and woman, to silver in renaissance Italy. Gold eventually began to dominate, and the Irish believed that marrying with a ring made out of a material other than gold was bad luck and didn’t legally bind the married couple.
Today Davidson & Licht has an extensive wedding and anniversary band collection to support every culture and belief system. Stop by to view the Davidson & Licht Classic collection with a variety of available options, including the ability to be custom made for the perfect design.
